Leash, paddle, softracks are included. The shop will credit up to $200 in rental/ demo fees towards the purchase of a new board. Blue Planet also offers a "Try before you buy" program where you can try any new Boardworks board in the shop for two weeks. You can then decide to buy it or return it and only pay the rental fee for two weeks.
